What data we process

• Contact data from the enquiry form — name, phone number, optionally e-mail and message.
• Project data — type and scope of works you voluntarily provide.
• Technical data — IP address, cookies and website behaviour data (only with your consent).

Purpose and legal basis

• Handling your enquiry and communication — pre-contractual steps and the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Conclusion and performance of a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Marketing and analytics (cookies) — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time.
• Legal obligations — accounting and tax (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Retention period

We keep enquiries for as long as necessary to handle them and then for the duration of our legitimate interest, up to 3 years from the last contact. Data processed based on consent — until withdrawn; accounting records for the period required by law.

Recipients and processors

Data may be shared with processors operating the website and services: hosting provider, Google tools (Google Analytics and Google Ads — only with consent), and Telegram (internal enquiry notifications). We do not share data with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies

The website uses necessary cookies to operate and — only with your consent — analytics and marketing cookies. You give consent in the cookie banner and can change or withdraw it at any time. Consent is managed via Google Consent Mode v2.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent.
